Robert W. Stallings
Executive Chairman of the BoardRobert W. Stallings is Executive Chairman of the Board. He is the retired Chairman and a founder of ING Pilgrim Capital Corporation, a $20 billion asset management firm which was acquired by ING Groep, N.V. in September 2000 and with which he had been associated since 1991.
Glenn W. Anderson
President and Chief Executive OfficerGlenn W. Anderson has served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company since April 1998. From 1993 to 1998, Mr. Anderson held various senior management positions with USF&G Corporation, including Executive Vice President of that company from 1996 to 1998. Mr. Anderson has been engaged in the property and casualty insurance business since 1975.
James R. Reis
Vice ChairmanJames R. Reis is executive Vice Chairman of the Company. From February 2003 to January 2005 Mr. Reis, through First Western Capital, LLC, of which he is the founder, Managing Director and owner, provided consulting services to a subsidiary of GAINSCO. Mr. Reis is the former Vice-Chairman and co-founder of ING Pilgrim Capital Corporation, for which he served from 1991 to 2000 when it was acquired by ING Groep, N.V.
